Boat Bar

A custom "Bot" Bar that we were recently commissioned to design and build. Everyone is thrilled with the results.  This was designed to be a functional bar.  It is comfortable to stand at and you can sit on the bar stools without banging your knees into the hull side.  The counter top is solid copper which looks great next to the curved mahogany bar rail.  If you are interested in a similar project for your space please don't hesitate to contact us using the link at the top of the page.

19' Barrel Racer

The 19' Barrel Racer was designed and built by The Wooden Runabout Co. in 2015. It is inspired by the rare Chris-Craft special race boats of the 1930's. Built with the assistance of our in-house CNC router, the 19' barrel racer has a level of precision rarely seen in wooden boats. Power comes from a Ford 302 V8 with Holman Moody exhaust manifolds. While this boat surely looks good, it needs to be driven to be fully appreciated. The 19' Barrel Racer recently earned a Platinum award at the ACBS International Boat Show at Gull Lake, Minnesota.
